Back Squat day

New Week - Back Squat WOD

WOD: 15min to find 1RM (3 - 3- 3 - 1 - 1- 1)
My final 3 rep set was bigger than my previous 3RM and I did 2 single rep sets getting to 125kg!!


Bridge DB Press sets (Lying on back with arse in te air etc)

5 sets of Turkish Get-ups....

Good start to the week
