Back Squat day

WOD - Back Squat find 3RM
Sets 5 - 5 - 5 - 3 - 3 - 3
Final 5 set was 100kg, then first 3 was 110, the 115, then 120kg !!!


WOD2 - 50 TRX band pullups

WOD3  Turkish Pullups



Weight 88.6ish
