Strength Session - another good one
So, it was a couple of PRs
Back Squat 1 rm finished on 115kg (hadn't recorded a 1 rm before...)
Press 1 rm - 55kg
Deadlift 1 rm - 150kg up 5kg from 2 weeks ago....
my weight. 88.9
