So decided to change that. I'm going to go to the gym and do some prep drills for tomorrows 13.2 Games WOD.
Find out how the 52kg weight feels. Practice the push-press, and Deadlift
Then do some box jump drills starting from a small height and work my way up....
Weight this morning 88.5 - nice consistency..
