Fractured FRAN !!

Great class today

Strength Session
4 sets of 3 quick reps Clean n Jerk - I;m still working on technique and a tight hamstring
so 50kg

WOD - Fractured Fran (9 min cutoff)
- 45 Thrusters 40kg
- 45 Pull Ups

tough - DNF 45/30  so missed 15 pullups

Weight 89.4
