Another Met-con

Sweaty thursday....

A good warmup followed by:
WOD 20 AMRAP
- 10 Air Squats with hands raised against the wall
- 10 Spiderman Pushups (a  Mountain Climber plus a Push Up)

Managed 12 complete rounds - very sweaty

Some good stretching time afterwards too

Weight 88.4
