Techique session: Rope Climbs
I went up 3 times - I'm a lot better at these now and with more grip strength I scoot up quick
WOD AQAP (15min cut off)
- 800m run
- 30 Power Snatch 40kg
- 800m run
my time 11.34
Weight this morning..... 86.0kg Wow - the big night out with Ross etc really bit me hard
