AQAP (30min cut)
- 30 24" Box Jumps
- 30 Pull Ups
- 30 KB Swings 24kg
- 30 Push Ups
- 30 TTB
- 30 Lunges
- 30 Wall Balls
- 30 Burpees

time: 20.29  Not the slowest in the class,but... I did Rx it

Weight 90.4  Oh well
