Last week of September

Well it's Monday,

Been instructed to add a swim and a run each week...

Weight - Well not sure how but scales say 91.2 - bullshit I think

We did Squat Clean drills this morning

This morning WOD:  5 RFT
- 3 Squat Cleans  (50kg for me)
- 20 Burpees

my time 13.09
Burpees felt good - nice pace
