WOD - "Cindy" 10min EMOM
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats
Managed to get further with this than ever before...I used to get stopped at around the 4th round - now did 8, before the rest round
9 rounds total(i.e. only one rest round due to not completing)
