WOD: "Elizabeth" 21 - 15 - 9 (12min cut)
- Full squat cleans (Rx60/43) um I did it with 40kg
- Ring Dips (use the lightest band - too many to get through for the cutoff)

Weight - not telling as scumbag scales added 2.3kg from yesterday - clearly wrong
