So I rolled up to the 5.45am class. Just 5 of us plus Coach Ben
Standard crossfit structure
After the warmup we did some Power Snatch drills
WOD AQAP
- 200m run
- 25 sit-ups
- 25 Power Snatchs. I did it with 35kg
- 400 m run
- 50 air squats
- 400 m run
- 25 sit-ups
- 25 Power Snatch
- 200m run
